On April 06-08, 2022, in the framework of SUCCESS (Sustainable University Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduates Employability) Erasmus+ Project, the Project Coordination Meeting and workshops were organized at University “Ismail Qemali” in Vlora, Albania.
Participants from 16 consortium institutions participated in the discussions related to the ongoing Work Packages and project management issues. Epoka University was represented by three working team members of the project Prof. Dr. Gungor Turan. Dr. Erinda Imeraj and Dr. Esmir Demaj. The meetings were organized in the premises of the Rectorate and Library of the University of Vlora.
During the first day the project coordination meeting was held, where the main focus was on the ongoing project activities and the planned trainings in the context of the project.
The second day was dedicated to Work Package 3 of the project and on behalf of them each country representative presented a country report on existing graduate competences in WBC universities as well as good practices from Program Countries' universities – exact examples of teaching practices and cooperation with businesses. Albanian report on the national entrepreneurial capacity needs was prepared from working group members of Epoka University, University of Vlora and University of Shkoder and it was presented from Dr. Imeraj. This report identified the national needs regarding the Survey which was distributed to the public and private firms operating in Albania.
Conclusions and recommendations of the workshops will follow with the organization of a Training to be held by EU partner institutions for the Higher Education Institutions of the Western Balkan Countires.
