Rector of Epoka University, Prof. Dr. Remzi Altın hosted today at the campus the Rector of Istanbul University, Prof. Dr. Yunus Söylet who is participating at the 2nd International Balkan Annual Conference IBAC 2012 "The Balkans at a Crossroads: Evaluating the Past, Reading the Present, Imagining the Future”. This conference is taking place in Tirana, on October 10th -13th, 2012 and the Istanbul University is the principal organizer of this conference in cooperation with Epoka University and the University of Tirana.
During the meeting the Rector of Epoka University Prof. Dr. Remzi Altın, recognized the achievements and successes made by Epoka University during these years. In a meeting with directors and members of the academic staff, the Rector of Istanbul University, Prof. Dr. Yunus Söylet was informed in detail with the university campus project, which is under construction.
The two rectors praised the level of cooperation between two universities and expressed confidence that this cooperation will continue in the future through other joint projects, academic exchanges etc.
