3rd Students Company Visits, part of activity agenda of Entrepreneur Club in collaboration with the Banking and Finance Department of Epoka University, was organized at the Head Offices of Raiffeisen Bank on 27th of January 2017. The aim of this visit was to provide the students with an opportunity to learn more about their future position possibilities, the long-term career opportunities and the Bank organization and its functioning.
Ten senior students of Banking and Finance Program (Albanian) accompanied by their Advisor Mrs. Erinda Imeraj participated in this visit. Mrs. Enkeleda Tupa, HR Account Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Albania warmly welcomed the group of students and provided an informative presentation on the bank history, functioning and the internship and employment possibilities. During the visit the students had the chance to have a tour in some of the bank's offices.
The internship offered by the Raiffeisen Bank has two phases. The first one is called “shadow training” and is applicable to third year students, and it is a part time internship, whereas the second one is a full time internship. Epoka students were given the opportunity to apply to the first internship in the upcoming weeks.
The whole visit was a good experience and opportunity for the students, and Epoka Entrepreneur Club wishes them the best of luck in their post graduation journey!
