The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Epoka University was represented by the Research Assistant Mrs. Sonila Gruda on Bloomberg Seminar, organized in Pristine, Kosovo by Bloomberg L.P., a worldwide mass media corporation based in New York City. The seminar provided brief information for the financial software tools such as analytics and equity trading platform, data services and news to financial companies through the Bloomberg Terminal.
The main goal of the discussion was to provide the access of the Bloomberg Professional service through which users can monitor and analyze real-time financial market data movements and place trades on the electronic trading platform. The platform allows the users to achieve economic indicators for any country research. The level of the charts and the economic news provides support for any study that may be needed by the researchers or investors.
The round table was an opportunity for Epoka University to get information also about the Bloomberg Institute Test (BAT). BAT is an international online exam that the Bloomberg Institute provides in partnership with financial professionals, recruiters and academics. Designed for undergraduates and recent graduates who are interested in a financial job or internship, the BAT tests the skills and knowledge that matter most to employers. The exam gives opportunity to get promoted to all graduate students. The representatives of this institution welcomed collaboration and supported our visit with further information.
