Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences organized the First International Competition ‘DREAM BUSINESS 2013”

Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences organized on May 13, 2013 the First International Competition “DREAM BUSINESS 2013’, an international competition exclusively focused on innovation and entrepreneurship. “DREAM BUSINESS 2013” was a contest among high school students in Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro. The projects were accepted by individual applications and the projects were focused on Innovation and technology, business, new branding idea, green economics,
women leaders, creation of a new industry, franchising, entrepreneurship and growth, corporate social responsibility and e-business issues.

In the first round of the competition the participants were asked to create and envision your dream job or dream company. The final stage of the completion was provided in power-point presentation where each of the participants supported the own business ideas. This international challenge exclusively was focused on innovation and entrepreneurship point of view.

The project proposal that resulted to be the winner of the first place was presented by Ms. Eugerta Hamati and Mr. Brunaldo Bani. Ms. Eugerta Hamati introduced an innovative idea on manufacturing flat glass and blown glass which was a scheme she wants to establish after her studies. She was evaluated with 75% scholarship for Business Administration and International Marketing and Logistic programs and some other presents. The other project presented was also attractive and impressing. The proposal of Mr. Brunaldo Bani consists of Touristic Complex which would include Bar, Hotel, Restaurant, Swimming pool, Conference halls. He was evaluated with the second place which includes 50% scholarship for Business Administration and International Marketing and Logistic programs and other presents.

The members of the board of judges were the Head of Business Administration Department Assist. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Üç and two members of this department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Ihsan Özdemir and Assist.Prof. Dr. Yüksel Köksal.
