Since 2010, Epoka University students have the opportunity to be part of the different exchange programmes for one semester or for one academic year in the framework of the Bilateral Agreements signed between Epoka University and the host universities, and starting from November 2015, in the framework of the Erasmus+ Student Exchange Programme.
During the 2016-2017 academic year, based on the Bilateral Agreement with Tallinn University of Technology, in Estonia, one of the leading Universities in Estonia, Ms. Rea Lako, student at the Department of Business Administration, has experienced the exchange programme for one semester.
California University of Pennsylvania (CAL U), in the United States, has been the choice of Mr. Xhoni Nezha, student at the International Marketing and Logistics Management Program, for the 2016-2017 academic year, fall and spring semesters. CAL U is a diverse and scholarly learning community dedicated to excellence in science, technology and professional studies.
One of the best opportunities offered for the Master students, is the Master Level Double Degree Programme established between University of Applied Sciences Mainz, in Germany and Epoka University, in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme. The said programme enables EPOKA students to spend the second year of their Master studies at the University of Applied Sciences Mainz, which at the end of the academic year awards the degree of Master of Arts in International Business. Ms. Anida Lazeri, student of the Master of Science in Banking and Finance and Mr. Alban Dinosha, student of the Master of Science in Business Administration, are the first students to experience this programme, and are currently working on their Master thesis in the International Business area.
Ms. Ardiola Bardhoshi, Ms. Boriana Vrusho, Ms. Dalina Duri, Ms. Jona Osmani, Ms. Rudina Belba and Ms. Rudina Breçani, all of them students at the Department of Architecture, have experienced the Erasmus+ Student Exchange Programme with the Polytechnic University of Bari (POLIBA), in Italy, during the 2016-2017 spring semester carrying out their research phase of master and PhD theses, by being part of one of the oldest Italian Universities.
The globalization of Higher Education has made necessary for Epoka University to collaborate with other universities and offer the opportunity to share and acquire new experiences in learning and bring it back to the University.
