Two students from Epoka University participated in Bosphorus Youth Summit, organized in Turkey on November, 8-13th. The Opening ceremony of the Conference was held in Dream Hills Hotel in Kadikoy and the other sessions were held at Ozyegin University/Cekmekoy Campus.
Fatih Aydemir, our student at Political Sciences and International Relations participated as part of academic team of this Conference and the Committee Director of General Assembly Second Committee, moderating the debate in the Committee on Millennium Development Goals. Also the student of Economics Department, Aleda Kushta was part of the Delegation of Republic of Turkey GA1 Committee. With a significant effort, she contributed to the conference and to the draft resolution on MDGs.
The participants had the chance to improve their researches, public speaking and conflict resolution skills, learning the International Relations and Multilateral Diplomacy by exercising the International Institution. Moreover, they rolled as diplomats and worked for solving the problems of the world, currently the world is facing. Interacting with the people coming from different cultures and countries, was one of the greatest part of the conference.
