Enrollment Process for candidates from Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro

Process of enrollment at all Bachelor programs as well as at the 5-year integrated program in Architecture starts for candidates from Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro
 
August 12-19 Candidates from the Republic of Kosovo as well as candidates of Albanian ethnicity from Macedonia and Montenegro apply to Epoka University according to the quotas declared for each study program, by submitting the following documents:
  • Completed application form as established by the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Albania;
  • A copy of the document issued by the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Albania certifying that the high school diploma is undergoing the process of recognition;
  • Copy of High School Diploma;
  • Copy of High School Grades List.
Candidates have the right to apply to at most 10 study programs of Epoka University.
September 05 After the calculation of the high school grade point average for each candidate, Epoka University announces the preliminary list of winners for each study program
September 12 Epoka University announces the final list of winners for each study program
September 13-19 Candidates carry out the final registration in the study program where they have been announced as winners by submitting by themselves or through an authorized person the following documents:
 
  • Notarized copy in the Republic of Albania (and translated into Albanian language if it has been issued in a foreign language) of the State Matura Diploma accompanied by the Grades List, or of the High School Diploma obtained in the respective country accompanied by the Grades List. These documents should be legalized by the competent central or local authorities of the country where the candidate has completed his/her high school studies;
  • Document on the equivalence of high school studies issued by the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Albania; if the candidate has completed his/her high school studies in Albania, s/he submits a notarized copy of the State Matura accompanied by the Grades List;
  • Copy of the National ID Document (ID Card, passport);
  • Declaration authorizing the processing of personal data;
  • Two photos.
Candidates from the Republic of Kosovo as well as candidates of Albanian ethnicity from Macedonia and Montenegro who do not possess the document on the equivalence of high school studies issued by the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Albania should apply to obtain this document, by completing the following procedure: 
August 15-25 Candidates apply by themselves or through an authorized person at the Special Commission of the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Albania to obtain the document on the equivalence of high school studies by submitting the following documents:
  • Completed Application Form;
  • Copy of the National ID Document;
  • Notarized copy of the High School Diploma translated into Albanian;
  • Notarized copy of the High School Grades List translated into Albanian;
  • Notarized copy of the document certifying that the candidate has successfully passed exams equivalent to the exams of the State Matura in the Republic of Albania (Panelines certificate – Greece; certificate – Italy; certificate on points received at every course exam – Kosovo; SAT etc).
August 31 The Special Commission of the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Albania announces the results and issues the document on the equivalence of high school studies
