The International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw, Poland (MWSL), through a correspondence addressed to the Rector of Epoka University, expressed its interest in forming a partnership with Epoka University in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.
The International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw is one of the important logistics universities in Europe, and the best specialized logistics university in Poland according to the national academic ranking. During the academic year 2016 – 2017 and 2017 – 2018, the University has been qualified for the implementation of an Erasmus+ project, which involves Albania as one of the non-European countries.
On behalf of MWSL, the Chancelor, Dr. Marcin Paweska, offers their cooperation within the scope of this Erasmus+ Project, emphasizing the fact that Epoka University is a leading institution in Albania.
The aforementioned project consists in the exchange of students, lecturers and administrative staff between our Universities through 2017-2021 years.
Until July 31, 2018, both institutions will be able to send for training 2 students, 1 lecturer and 1 administrative staff. Each participant of the Erasmus+ Programme will receive a grant to support living expenses related to their stay at the receiving institution’s country, as well as a financial support for travel, provided by the European Union funds. An outgoing student will receive a grant equalling 3750 EUR for 5 months of mobility and 275 EUR support for travel, while each outgoing lecturer or administrative staff will receive a grant equalling 1120 EUR for 8 days of mobility and 275 EUR suport for travel.
Epoka University has shown a mutual interest towards this programme with the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw, and has taken the necessary steps to proceed with the materialization of this cooperation, looking forward to host and send students and staff in the framework of this beneficial Erasmus+ Programme.
