On Thursday, April 20, 2017 the Career Planning and Alumni Office organized the “Career Training” for Epoka students. This training was delivered by Mrs. Marinela Benga who is the Head of Human Resource of Telekom Albania.
The training began with some information about Telekom Albania, as the first telecommunication company in Albania operating since 1996, which nowadays offers great services with competitive prices. Later on the training focused on interviewing process, from the vacancy announcement to the final recruitment. Special attention was given to the preparation of CV and motivation letter, for which precise tips were given according to the information these documents should contain.
After that, Mrs. Benga, explained the students how to make a positive job interview by sharing experiences and common interview situations. She showed how to present oneself in the best way when attending different types of interviews, and how to make the best first impression in order to create a halo effect. She advised the students to be careful with what the body language expresses, to be enthusiastic, positive, speak clearly and with confidence, and always be prepared before attending an interview.
Further on, she instructed how to be part of Telekom Albania, by showing the steps every applicant should follow. Everything starts with the creation of the profile in their page which enables you to receive notifications whenever there is a vacant position in the company.
Mrs. Marinela Benga will be present on April 26th, 2017, at the 4th Career Fair, presenting Telekom Albania Company, thus all the students interested in being part of this company or for further questions will have their chance in this Career Fair.
