In the 5th Edition of StartUp Live, held on May 20th -22nd, 2016, a group of students from Epoka University won the 2nd place with their application called Touch&Pay. Dejvis Sheshi (1st year, Business Informatics student), Ambela Qahalliu (1st year, Business Informatics student), and Nerajda Feruni (1st year, Economics student) created an application which aims to facilitate the completion of economic transactions thorough the usage of fingerprint technology. The target implementers of this application are banks and large businesses, which may use it to provide secure, fast, practical and efficient transactions.
The students are invited to participate in the Global Start Up Competition Tour to present their business idea. The tour will be held in November, in Brussels, Thessaloniki and Belgrade.
