Another successful activity organized by Career Planning and Alumni Office started today. In collaboration with Deloitte was conducted first Career Forum for this academic year under the slogan “Bright Start”. The purpose of these forums consists on informing student about the labor market and recruitment criteria. Mr. Olindo Shehu Partner and director of the Tax Office and Mr. Roden Pajaj Director of Human Resource, shared with our students their job experience at Deloitte and also the focused on employment criteria at Deloitte.
During his speech Mr. Shehu encouraged students to be part of Deloitte, noting that job hiring in their company is based on meritocracy. He further added: It is true that homework should be done, but everyone need a bit luck, and you are lucky that are studding in one of the best private universities in Albania. If you study hard then success is in your hands.
While Mr. Pajaj said some details of cooperation agreement that Epoka University has signed with Deloitte. Steps and criteria that students should follow if they want to be part of Deloitte team, and ways of applying for internship.
This event was the first Career Forum through a series of Forums scheduled during the academic year.
