The 4th Entrepreneurs Workshop Day, annually organized by the Entrepreneur Club of Epoka University, gathered well known professionals, academicians and students at Tirana International Hotel on 2nd of April 2016. Creation of new communication channels and share of knowledge and experience was the focus of the two-session event.
The first session was opened by the welcome speech of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Epoka University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Üç. The fourth edition of this event focused on the motivation of the students in their post graduation road. Very valuable speeches and presentations gave good motivation and advices to the students. The honorable guests were the well known journalist Mr. Blendi Fevziu, Professor Malcolm Duerod graduated in Harvard for communication and entrepreneurship, Mr. Lorenc Gjoni, executive director of American Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Elena Vjero Kero, a professional in the human resources management, and Mr. Indri Dyrmishi, the successful young of Tirana Startups.
The 4th Workshop Day was organized with the support of Everest IE, Adrion LTD, and Vila Zeus Hotel. Furthermore, this event had the great support of the Rector of Epoka University, Prof. Dr. Güngör Turan and the Dean of Students of Epoka University.
The second session of the event invited all participating students into brainstorming round tables. There were 8 round tables, each with a topic of different field, moderated by professionals and academicians. Each table had 6-7 students, and only one among all was selected as the winner with the best solution of the case studies, or the best reasoning of it. Among the moderators worth mentioning the participation of Mr. Erion Tusha, Mr. Akan Ajdini, Mr. Redian Salavaçi, Mr. Lorenc Vangjeli, Mr. Kristal Hykaj, Mr. Urmat Ryskulov, Mrs. Elena Vjero Kero, and Mr. Dyrmishi. These activities are always in line with the motivation of the students and the creation of new networks between students and their future employers. The forthcoming 5th Workshop Day aims to bring more students and universities not only in Albania, but beyond the borders as well.
